I love the new Dungeoneering skill, now that I've actually tried it out. Two of the eight dungeons I have started ended in an unintentional disconnect, the first stating that RuneScape had been updated, and the last one seems to have been an internet hiccup. Both times, I had already explored most of the dungeon, having been in the dungeon for 3-4 hours. It would be extremely considerate if Dungeoneering sessions were kept even just an hour after a non-logoff disconnection (even across servers, because I normally don't specify a server). In my last dungeon, shortly before the accidental disconnect, I had just noticed that while resource stacks in the start room—and throughout the dungeon—seem intended not to de-spawn, they are also limited to about 100-120 items throughout the dungeon, presumably due to memory issues. It occurs to me that most of the items I stack are really the same items, stacked on the tables because I don't have a bank available. The autocast should stay selected.Similarly, when you start a dungeon if you had an autocast on in the previous dungeon, it should be on in the next dungeon. Currently it is also pretty annoying, in my opinion, to switch between weapons or even combat styles, because i have a different ability bar for 2-handed melee, 1 handed melee/Shield, and dual wielding. As a gold member, was able to log in and do a quick look around on this interface alpha. First impressions are LOVE it. This is going to be one of the best updates to the game in my mind. Suggestions.

1. I agree with AlbiusPercivia above about zooming in and out of minimap would be nice.

2. I also agree with him about the not being able to zoom out enough to look around, I know when it merges with html5 later this will probably be solved, but for me and my computer, I may be stuck with java for a while.

3. Game Filter. I noticed a nice option on the adventurer log where you can choose what you'd like announced on it. Thanks for that. But can you do this for Game Filter. I get logged into w79, wich is a members world on rs2, but I can't buy or search any member item of GE. Is that supposed to be in BETA? The depht is sooo nice. I wonder if the full RS3 will allow for us to see the chars that far. At the moment, I don't think we see anything more than fixed buildings or trees. So far enjoying the graphics update in general. Having trouble on clicking some doors etc. Tried to do agility pyramid, could not cross the first log due to this issue. Combat seems to be a bit faster. Frame rate for scenery extremely slow after teleporting.

I'm having the same problem, Rsh Demon. Every time I try to login to the beta is says my username or pass is incorrect. I have an account from before 2010 as well, so no email.Any help from a mod would be much appreciated. Now, as for what I encountered briefly.I was able to enter thru chrome with little or no difficulty even on this older computer (just lucky I guess  )I now see how HTML5 does allow you more (immersion) in this format. Logged in last night and must say the new graphics do look incredible. Managed to get everything on its highest setting and maintain a pretty decent FPS - looking across the dessert with full draw distance, bloom effects and the water effects on some of the nearby streams were really impressive.

With this only in beta at the moment, really looking forward to greater optimisation to help improve the initial load times when teleporting around. As some people have already stated, the performance improves the longer you are in-game for, I'm guessing when a lot more of the shaders have had time to spool up. Though you need to put in a fixed screen and have basic settings like what you have now in runescape. The reason being is because this game isn't supposed to be super graphical and it shouldn’t be, the content in runescape is way more extensive than almost any game I’ve ever played. Try finding seeds on the ground or anything. This doesn’t need to be realistic it is a game. I have never had a major problem with any game content in runescape in 6 years, but this is harder to play on the beta.

i also got the device with JAG, as well as it took about 5mins for the game to load the world. same issue as above with taking more than a min to do a full 360 pan, text, clan vexillums and capes. But with the graphics and the sky boxes everything does look nice. The HTML 5 beta is an early beta so you may not get a perfect experience just yet. You'll see an improvement as we continue to focus on feedback and optimisation. I personally enjoy eoc. It makes the combat more lively, it is more intelligent and correct sequencing plus timing weigh more than level. When Jagex starts introducing new equipment that doesn't break, then I'll come back in full. Getting tired of this sudden fixation on using gear as a means of a money sink, essentially strangling the more casual community that doesn't favor using things that break over time. While more and more powerful bosses are released, bandos armor and godswords become more and more worthless. We need more nonperishable gear, Jagex. Some people don't have time, patience, or money to turn half of their fun time into a chore to make gold to repair their stuff.

This is the ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life. People are raging thinking this is how everyone's layout has to be. I don't understand how people can be so clueless. how can i play rs3 when it keeps saying I dont have the latest whatever and I doooo! Don't you think the interface is getting extremely similar to WoW and other MMORPGs? cheap runescape accounts are offered here, come on. I kind of enjoyed the old interface, especially because it was original and gave RuneScape it's own touch, despite the other similarities.

Did you guys fix the bug that is preventing people from uploading their current game to the AIS BETA? I want to give it another go, but I can't seem to be able to upload my current save. uh whats the big deal? anyone could have done this-- looks just like every other game (wow, aion, ragnarok2...) That's definitely a lot cleaner than the mess I remember logging into. Runescape's biggest mistake was trying to make the combat system the same as WoW's. I'd still be playing RS if not for that.

wont the interface cover a lot of space. especially when bossing. hope u can hide the interfaces. that would be great. I want rs accounts selling news, can you help me? Love the winning interface. I'll probably use this set-up but move the tab bar down to the bottom, right next to the action bar. atleast you can see through the interface. Ooh, imagine this on triple monitors. Loads of interface options to the side and pure RS in the center.

Why runescape beta is only for members?

I think the one we have now takes up to much of the screen. Jagex should change it to before the update to make the happier because everyone is haying on the updates so wat is the point of the updates. Do you really think Jagex would listen to idiots...? do you know where to buy cheap runescape accounts? These updates are awesome. Why runescape beta is only for member can you answer me jagex? Because we pay to play, so they give us the opportunity to test them out. Buy members then you can too. Beta is a member bonus. You pay, you get it.

Most of these are better than the winner. I'm surprised the squeal of fortune interface isn't here... Or we could implement ALL OF THEM and let players choose! I'm sorry Jagex, but you's have single-handedly ruined a good game just for profit. The only thing I really think makes it to easy are the teleport sites being added everywhere. I used to like runescape for its simplicity, I cant even fight anyone in the duel arena anymore its so complicated! I used to be lvl 125 now im 197 and i just got fully owned by a lvl 114.

I used to love runescape! Now when I go online sell runescape accounts I dont even know how to play anymore. Thats how much the game has changed! what u want to do do runescape is now noob game it was best now its bad.

Why can't we have RuneFest in New York?

I'm from the US (can't stand it here either way), but unlike most of the US players here, I'm not going to act like a spoiled brat and whine because it's in the UK. I'm going to acknowledge that Jagex is a company based in the UK, and thus they're doin... Look for runescape accounts for sale so that I can enjoy it with my friends ... thank god YOU GUYS DIDNT DO IT IN THE US! THAT WOULD SUCK. Like a Gathering event, A convention if you will. So awesome to see this again but yet so sad because I wont be able to go due to the location hopefully some year there is one in the USA!
